Kate Lowe is a trained ADHD and neuro-inclusive coach and advisor.
Kate Lowe is a Neuro-inclusive Coach. She earned her qualification from the ADHD Foundation, on a course accredited by the Association for Coaching. She is a member of the Universal Coaching Alliance and is currently continuing her training to become an Executive Functioning Coach. Kate works with parents, adolescents and adults with ADHD and co-occurring conditions.
Kate has an Honours BA in English Literature from Middlebury College (USA) and an MA in Fine Art from the University of the Arts London.
Passionate about neurodiversity psychoeducation and de-stigmatisation, Kate has a breadth of experience. She combines her rigorous training with her lived experience. Kate has worked steadily to support and advocate for her three neurodivergent children (now thriving young adults) and uses her deep understanding of the complex challenges and unexpected strengths associated with different neurotypes to help clients and carers thrive. Kate is a practising artist, a founder and a trustee for several creative communities. She is passionate about the links between neurodiversity and creativity (in all its forms) and regularly gives talks about the unique abilities and perspectives associated with ADHD, ASC and other neurodevelopmental conditions to different communities, including the creative industries and schools.
Kate has been using the MBTI psychometric profiler (Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator) for over fifteen years and helps clients use psychometric insights to enhance goal setting and personal growth. She is a new member of the Foundations team and is looking forward to working with both adults and adolescents as they learn to set goals and engage with tools, techniques and strategies to create change and success.
