Aishling holds a BSc in Psychology from Queen Margaret University, and has completed an MSc in Clinical Health Psychology at the University of Strathclyde.

Aishling is an autism advocate and assistant psychologist with lived and professional experience of neurodivergence. She works closely with neurodivergent young people and their families, providing support through the autism identification process and fostering positive autistic identity development. Aishling has worked in the NHS, gaining experience in therapeutic support and assessments, and holds an MSc in Clinical Health Psychology, where her research focused on the lived experiences of being identified as autistic. She enjoys creating accessible resources and training and is committed to neurodiversity-affirming practice and knowledge sharing.
